Everyone has the potential for a better life

Do you feel like you are existing rather than living your life?

Regardless of what stage you are in your life, there are always things that can make you feel stuck, frustrated, sad, angry or disconnected.  When our internal batteries are running on empty, we can begin to experience physical and emotional symptoms or responses that can be overwhelming.

The intensive demands of today's world make it difficult to manage thereby creating feelings of anxiety, depression and general disconnection with others.

Taking time to explore your thoughts and feelings with a neutral person provides space for you to become focused on yourself. Counselling is a process that encourages self awareness and self-compassion which in turn, builds resiliency.  It can help you make changes in your life so that you are doing more than just existing.
